👶🏻 I was born in the locker rooms, and the basketball court was my playground.
🎾 I found tennis at a ver young age and it took me to places I could never imagine:
✈️ 🇺🇸 Scholarship to play college tennis in the US.

In each of those roles, I saw how sport could move people —not just fans, but communities, brands, and future leaders.
And I realized my story wasn’t just about playing organizing sports. It was about building something that could inspire, connect, and elevate others.
That’s how TRACE Sports & Entertainment was born.
A growing ecosystem built to educate, connect, and empower the next generation of sports professionals —especially from underrepresented regions like LATAM.
Through content, storytelling, events, community, and education, we're proving that sport is not just entertainment,
but a powerful platform for real, lasting impact.

THE STORY BEHIND TRACE
TRACE Sports & Entertainment was born out of a simple, yet powerful belief:
That access to knowledge and opportunity in the sports industry should not be limited to the few.
After years in sports—from tennis to coaching to events—and trying to secure a full-time role at a sports organization
myself, I realized how hard it is to find opportunities.
I myself have struggled with the same lack of
job oppotunities, so you are not alone.
Spanish-speaking professionals have
the passion, the talent, the drive…
but lack the access, the resources, the visibility
to make a true impact in the world.
That’s why I created TRACE.
What started as a small prject has now grown into a global ecosystem of more than 1,400 members across
35+ countries, united by one mission:
Changing Lives Through Sport.
We do this through education, networking, and community—designed for the next generation of sports and entertainment leaders that will transform the industry in LATAM and beyond.
I can't guarantee you a job.
